The “American Bando Association” is a registered corporation in the state of Georgia and is registered with the United States Government as a 501[c][10] corporation.

Only the Board of Directors of the American Bando Association may authorize use of the name. Misuse or abuse of the corporate name may result in criminal and civil liability as determined by legal counsel.

Trademarks

The “American Bando Association” logo is a registered trademark. The abbreviation “ABA” is an accepted abbreviation of the “American Bando Association” trademark. The registered trademark may not be used without the expressed and written consent of the American Bando Association. Unauthorized use may result in criminal proceedings based upon federal statutes and civil liability as determined by legal counsel.
